After the last meeting of the FIPV Board of Directors, it was decided to modify the technical characteristics allowed in the “General Regulations of the Game” for acceptance of use in FIPV competitions of the new tools for the rubber paddle specialties, both in 30 meter fronton and ratchet.
Therefore, the models of the STRATABOW Stratabow Perú , DABBER Dabber Distribucion Paletas and EL VASQUITO fustovasquito brands that meet these requirements will be allowed in the next U-22 World Cups and Championships, until regulations regarding their approval are issued.

These requirements are updated in article 57, section 1.

– The paddle is made of wood, carbon or fiberglass, and can be in one piece or laminated. Its maximum length will be 55 cm. Its maximum width will be 21.5 cm. Its maximum thickness will be 1.4 cm, and its maximum weight will be 500 grams.
