WHAT IS THE COMPLAINTS CHANNEL:

We are facing a completely confidential incident communication channel available to all people linked to the Federation (employees, collaborators, clients, suppliers, etc.).

Through this channel, the Federation seeks to draw attention to any action related to poor financial, accounting, commercial, securities or compliance practices linked to the Federation and that contravenes its Compliance principles and regulations and that allows the fact and actions to be corrected. the appropriate measures that correspond based on the approved codes.

The communication will be carried out through an email (canaleticofederacion@abovesport.com) managed independently of the Federation by the Compliance consultants of the Federation, guaranteeing total confidentiality and, of course, the activation of all measures avoiding any type of retaliation.

HOW TO SUBMIT A COMPLAINT

For correct management, the communications received must contain the necessary data to be able to carry out the analysis of the reported events. Communications must be made through this email (canaleticofederacion@abovesport.com) and must contain:
  • Contain an explanation of the facts.
  • Identify the person(s) involved with the reported behavior or with knowledge of it.
  • Provide, if considered necessary, documents, files or other information that is deemed relevant for the evaluation and resolution of the complaint.
